In the latter, and special edition of the "Intervenciones.tv" the following works have been selected, which together with the guest authors this year, complete the panel for audiovisual works 2010

Announcement of selection procedure for open competition.
The "Intervenciones TV" project proposes the televisual medium and the television on the Internet as a platform for proposals in audiovisual creation. Reflections about televisual language, slots of an advertising or experimental nature, questioning the medium and its message, surprise inserts in programmes, on the Net, on the screen.
1. The theme
The main theme for this edition of “Intervenciones TV” is: “Television: a public space or private one”.
2. The pieces
The set of pieces will have a maximum duration of 3 minutes. Within this time, as many pieces as desired can be included.
The pieces will be accessible through the web page www.intervenciones.tv
3. Features of the pieces:
Online:
- AVI, MOV, SWF, MPEG formats
- Limit the set of videos sent to 3 minutes and 20 megas.
Mail:
- DVD, miniDV, VHS
- CD, DVD with AVI, MOV, SWF, MPEG formats
4. Selection
The selection procedure is a mixed one. Fundación Rodríguez invites 4 artists to participate as the Panel who, in turn, will select four authors from all those entering the open competition.
The authors chosen in this open competition will receive 500 euros (taxes included).
Selected works will have to send, in a period no longer than 10 days from the notification, a copy in MINI.DV - SP or DVD format.
5. Period and presentation:
Productions can be sent from 1st of July to 31st of October, 2009, to:
- Montehermoso Cultural Centre, C./ Fray Zacarías Martinez, 2. Convocatoria “Intervenciones TV.10”. 01001 Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Inside the envelope the following has to be included: name and surnames, telephone, address, email and National Identity Number.

6. Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council
Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council will receive a direct copy of the master to form part of the collection of the Mediateque at the Montehermoso Cultural Centre and will be viewable at this centre or at its Network of Municipal Libraries.
7. Collaboration with "Madrid Abierto"
The selected pieces may be broadcasted within the next public art programme, “Madrid Abierto” and, in which case, each author will receive 500 euros (taxes included).
A direct copy of the master of these works will form part of the public records archive collection of “Madrid Abierto”, with their possible posting for no profit-making purposes, on the website, www.madridabierto.com, on prior agreement with the authors.
8. Acceptation of obligations
Participation in this competition implicitly means the acceptance of the rules and regulations therein.
The selected pieces will be presented at Montehermoso.
Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, in abidance with Statute Law 15/1999 of the 13 of December, 1999 regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, state herewith that the personal data you provide us with will be included in automated files as data of a personal nature belonging to the Council and the aim of which is the undertaking of tasks relevant to Council business within its remit and responsibilities. If you so wish, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by addressing oneself to the Central Information Office of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, at the Plaza de España, 01001 Vitoria-Gasteiz, and at any of the Public Information Offices.
Online voting for presented videos in 2008 edition of Intervenciones TV, will begin next Monday, August 18 and will last until September, 30th
Selected author by votes of the public will complete final selection for 2008 edition.
